The FOX Affiliate News Theme is a television news music package composed by OSI Music. The package consists of four CDs containing 120 cuts centered around at least five primary themes. However, there may have been updates (or additions) extending this package to ten CDs in total size.

The package was originally composed in 2005 for Fox-owned WTVT in Tampa for its NewsEdge at 11:00 newscast, the first Fox Television Stations Group station in the Eastern Time Zone with an 11:00 pm newscast and an experiment for a possible rollout of an additional late evening newscast on all Fox owned-and-operated stations which dropped an 11:00 pm (10:00 pm in the Central and Mountain Time Zones) newscast following the acquisition of the New World station group in favor of a 10:00 pm (9:00 pm, Central and Mountain) newscast.

The news package was composed to sound similar to that of Fox News Channel's news music (which OSI also composed). When Fox Television Stations Group decided to create a uniform image for all of its stations (with similar logos, graphics and news music), OSI expanded the news package to be intended for use by Fox owned-and-operated stations, although it can be commissioned by any Fox affiliate.
