"Big Time Crib" is the second episode in the first season of Big Time Rush. It originally aired on Nickelodeon on Friday January 22, 2010 as the series second episode.

The episode starts with the guys of Big Time Rush tired from the work with Gustavo, & wanting to rest near the Palmwoods Pool, as as they are doing so, somebody tells them they are shooting some dog commercial featuring Lighting, the Palmwoods Dog & must leave. Still tired, they relax at the Palmwoods lobby, where Mr. Bitters tells them to go back to the apartment since they can't loiter in the lobby past 9:00PM. However, The guys dont like it so they hatch a plan to improve it when Gustavo creates a fun "fake" living area for them on a soundstage for an upcoming EPK shoot & enlist help from thier friends to the cool games and gadgets from the set to their apartment, with the help of Katie Knight as well. In the end, The plan fails as they are only allowed to have the stuff for a EPK shoot & takes all the stuff, including the swirly slide, much to Carlo's dismay. The only good news is that Fujisaki likes the videos, & Big Time Rush, & won't dump the music division, after he reviews the video. However, Gustavo tells the boys to do 9-10 hours of harmonies, with no breaks. As they are walking back to the apartment, sad & gloomy, In the end, Gustavo later puts it back as a "treat" or a "bone". The episode ends with Kelly saying to Gustavo, "You like them, don't you? They're not like other bands you've produced," and Gustavo replying, "They're dogs and I'm training them" & that he does not like them.
