Evolution (news music)

Evolution is a television news music package composed by Stephen Arnold Music. The package consists of 10 CDs containing 725 cuts

Evolution was composed for Sinclair Broadcast Group's stations as a replacement for Stephen Arnold's Sinclair News Music Package, composed in 2003 due to the company's purported hike in usage rates for all of Arnold's syndicated news themes. Although, Sinclair was planning an update of its on-air graphics.

Ironically, Evolution was composed for Dallas-Fort Worth ABC affiliate WFAA-TV in 2004, which was based on the Spirit signature that station has used with all of its news themes since 1984.
